Reviews and Ratings
I had a marvelous stay at this unique boutique hotel located right above a charming pub. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the pub atmosphere was delightful. However, the lack of en-suite bathrooms was quite inconvenient, especially during the night. Overall, it provided good value for the price, especially for its location and ambiance.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The location above a pub was lively but had some downsides, particularly the noise and the lack of access options. While the rooms were somewhat clean, they could use serious improvement in terms of maintenance. The service from the staff, specifically the duty manager, left much to be desired. Overall, it felt like a place that is coasting on its past without addressing current guest needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location right above a pub was fun and the rooms were clean, the overall comfort was questionable. The dining options were quite limited for breakfast, which was disappointing. However, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the unique atmosphere of staying above a lively pub.
My stay had its ups and downs. The pub atmosphere was inviting and the prices were very reasonable for the drinks and food, which were truly highlights. However, the room left a lot to be desired, being quite small and in need of some maintenance. Overall, it was a mixed experience where the pub experience stood out but the accommodation felt lacking.
While the hotel has a cozy pub atmosphere and is conveniently located near the tube, my experience was somewhat marred by misleading room descriptions and poor customer service. The rooms were clean enough, but the size and arrangement did not match expectations based on the website, and I encountered significant noise and privacy issues. The dining options, though limited, were decent. Overall, there's potential, but improvements are definitely needed.
